We at ElementalPlatter have absolute and a very minute eye for detail because our servings are to effervescent people. The tricks of the trade from an absolute health perspective are learned by us to holistically protect your health from the intrusion of pesticides, hormones, preservatives etc. into the elemental food practices.

The servings will be of a Home Made theme. The entire process at Elemental Platter will be of a Swatik nature, meaning devotionally pure nature. Traditional Sattvic utensils only will be used for cooking, meaning utensils in line with the main ingredient and others, only will be used or in other words utensils that will not contradict the ingredients. For example, all Meat in Ottu Uruli (Bronze), Fish Curry in Earthen Chatti, Rice Cooking in Earthen Kalam and with fire wood, several others in Cast Iron Chatti etc..

Even the Containers in which the Meals are served to you and other packing materials will be 100% biodegradable and compostable too.

Every days cooking will be an emancipation of Love from within, in the kitchens right upto packing, presentation and delivery. Love is the most important ingredient in any cooking. Water used for cooking is the immediate next in elemental cooking. Consistency in quality of water, salt and chilly, coriander & turmeric powders and garam masala etc. are most important. We also understand well that consistent first class quality of Kosher inspired meat, fish, rice, wheat are absolutely most required for a devotionally pure cooking.

Apart from your health perspective, we will also concentrate on nurturing your nostalgia and/or your palatability. If the above requirements in an elemental purity are not met to its fullness, best of the recipes also will not work to satisfy your taste buds, nostalgia and your health.

Our Methodology of Cooking Traditional Food for you

Cooking of most Traditional Foods at Elemental Platter will be done only on Fire Wood for slow cooking and to get the taste effect of cooking in wood fire.

Ularthu Erachi and Duck Roast etc will be done in traditional Uruli, the top covered with Plantain leaves, which gives fabulous additional taste to the dish.

Most Curries will be done in earthen ware like the traditional Meen Chatti and others in Cheena Chatty (Cast Iron vessels).
